the event
a long weekend away to see in the new year: shared accommodation, a private venue, and a new year's eve celebration with friends in the overberg mountains.
the getaway is hosted by shen and ruth, who book the accommodation and the venue. each guest pays for their own place at the event.
attendance
attendance is by invitation and places are limited — there are no public ticket sales. every invited guest receives a personal checkout link for their place.
pricing & payment
your price is shown in south african rand (ZAR) on your personal checkout page before you pay anything. card payments are processed securely by yoco.
cancellations & refunds
can't make it any more? get in touch — anything you've paid is refunded, less any costs already committed on your behalf (for example, non-refundable accommodation deposits). if the event is cancelled by the organiser, everyone is refunded in full. refunds go back to the card you paid with.
